On the penal colony of Zeta Minor a rogue, malfunctioning android named Hugo recently pursued innocent civilians and damaged a great deal of Zetan governmental property. It has come to light that a transmission regarding the condition of that particular android was reported nearly three months prior to the incident.
Report subject: HUGO.

DRACONIANS CAPTURE, TAG FROZEN SPACEMAN
In an intercepted transmission, representatives of the Draconian Empire admitted to planting a homing beacon on the ship of Captain Buck Rogers to root out a new passage through Earth defenses. As you remember, Captain Rogers is the 'time-traveling' astronaut from 1987 who was found in cryogenic hibernation.
The Draconian transmission reads:
'RE: Homing Device On Popsicle Pilot (ROFLMAO!!!)
Yo, Bob, Skype is down so we's do this e-mailie style. We set us up the device on that jalopy we found the space-sicle in. Even if it's found, the dummies at EDD [Earth Defense Dictatorate] with think he did it. Boy, will they be surprised.
